By making a contribution to the production of Is War Inevitable, you will be joining a growing worldwide effort to cause a paradigm shift toward peace and away from war as a problem-solving option. There is a critical need for education on the subject of war, and our film, yours and ours, will become a significant building block in that process. You should be very proud of using your resources to support peace, when so many well-meaning people around you are unwilling to give up believing in war.

Beyond the deep reward of knowing you are helping to secure the future for our children and possibly influencing your circle to work for peace, there are some additional benefits that will come your way:

• You will receive a special “Letter of Thanks” for your records, and you will be able to deduct your donation on your tax return.
• Your name will appear in a “Special Thank You” scroll in the closing credits of the film.*
• You will be listed as a Donor on the simpatiko FILM WORKS website* as follows:

• You will receive a copy of the DVD.
• If you submit your E-mail address (which will never be shared or sold), you will receive bi-monthly e-mail updates to keep you apprised of the film’s progress from production through distribution, and the ways in which we use our film to coordinate with peace efforts around the world.
• You will receive an invitation to a special screening of the film.

These benefits will reward anyone, or any group, who makes the following donations:

• $5,000 - All of the above, plus your name on a card in the film’s closing credits
• $10,000 - All of the above, plus five (5) autographed books by experts featured in the film
• $15,000 - All of the above, plus an Associate Producer on-screen credit in the title credits
• $20,000 - All of the above, plus the film will be dedicated to you or your Loved One. The dedication will appear at the top of the film. If, as a result of war, your Loved One was killed or maimed in body or mind, traumatized, imprisoned or left homeless or alone and grieving, this may be one of the most profound ways you can honor him or her for their sacrifice.

* Should you wish not to be listed in the film credits or on the simpatiko website, your request will be honored.

$100 - 10 hours of Hi-Definition video tape
$300 - Graphic art for the publicity poster
$500 - Director of Photography for 1 day
$1,000 - Location Sound Mixer, 2 days
$1,250 - Archivist to acquire B-Roll footage, 1 week
$2,500 - Editor for 1 week
$6,000 - Post-Production Sound
 

HOW TO DONATE

Making a donation is easy. From The Heart Productions, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1992, is a group of dedicated people whose mission is to help fund “unique films that make a contribution to society.” From the Heart is acting as the fiscal sponsor for Is War Inevitable and will bank your tax deductible contribution and forward the funds to simpatiko FILM WORKS to be used in the production and distribution of Is War Inevitable.

1. Checks are preferred as they are not subject to commissions such as PayPal or the credit card companies charge. However, we will gratefully accept a credit card payment. (see #6 below)
